How to Order
You can schedule captioning or subtitling services by:
- Emailing Us
- Filling out our Request a Quote Form
- Calling us at (800) 705-1203
All we need to get started is a dub of the master video with accurate time code of the programming you would like captioned or subtitled. We accept all major tape and digital file formats — we encourage you to contact us to discuss your specific requirements in advance of sending us your project.
Clients who arrange their own encoding can send us a worktape, or upload a digital reference file of their programming to our FTP server. Worktapes should include VITC or first generation LTC time code which exactly matches the master. In addition, a time code window burned onto the video is preferred. Files uploaded to our FTP server should have a time code window burned onto the video which exactly matches the master. While we can work with most file formats, we prefer MPEG-1 or MPEG-4.
If you have an accurate post-script and/or translation into the desired languages, you can include a disk or email it to us.
For streaming media captioning or subtitling, just send us your digital file, either on CD or hard drive, or via our FTP server, together with the script and/or translations if available.
